Salon Policies and Procedures

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

All Clients

  • If you are sick STAY HOME. If you have been around someone who is sick STAY HOME.
  • Mask must be worn at all times, it's for your safety and mine.
  • NO guests are allowed at your appointment unless they are being serviced.
  • Please pay attention to the service duration times when booking and plan accordingly. I am not a drive through nail technician I take my time to care for your nails and I WILL NOT RUSH.
  • Please book your services according to your needs, especially when booking nail art. The booking system allows bookings based on the timing of services booked. I do not want your appointment to run into my next clients appointment.
  • Feel free to text me your design ideas prior to your appointment to ensure the correct nail art services are booked. Adjustments can be made only if there is no client booked behind you.
  • Changes to booked services may be denied due to time constraints. Please make any necessary changes to your services within 24 hours of booking you appointment.
 

New Clients

  • All new client appointments require a non-refundable/non-transferable $35 deposit. Deposits are applied to your balance at the time of service.
  • Appointments can be rescheduled 48 hours in advance only if there is availability. When booking your services make sure you also book the New Client Consultation.
  • If Nailed by Key needs to cancel your appointment you will be allowed to transfer your deposit to the rescheduled appointment.
  • You must come with your nails completely naked and natural. There should be NO PRODUCT OR ENHANCEMENT of any kind on your nails. I WILL NOT REMOVE any product or enhancement that I did not apply. Thank you for understanding.
  • Be advised that appointments are not automatically approved. Your appointment is not approved until you receive notification of such.

 

Late /Cancellation Policy

  • All clients are given a 15 mins grace period. If you are more than 15 mins late for your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled. You will have to reschedule and you will be charged a $35 late fee.
  • After two no call/no shows you will no longer be allowed to book an appointment.
  • If you need to cancel your appointment please do so within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Appointments cancelled after that time will be charged a 50% (cost of services booked) cancellation fee.
  • In the event that you are late you may be denied certain services due to time constraints.

Communication Policy

  • When booking an appointment you through our booking site, via text or phone call you are agreeing to opt in to receiving text message and email updates (if email has been provided) about your appointment. Additionally you are agreeing to receive broadcast messages about but not limited to Nailed by Key business updates, announcements, openings, etc.
