SHIPPING POLICY

All of our pre-set orders ship out as ordered, please allow 3-5 days for shipping unless you paid for expedited shipping. When placing your custom order please allow 5-10 days for processing, and 2-3 days for shipping. All custom sets are created as ordered on a first come, first served basis unless you purchased Skip the Line.  All of our custom sets are shipped USPS Priority Mail.  

Also, please be advised that due to COVID-19, shipping and delivery times may be delayed. If you have any questions or concerns, please send us an email at orders@nailedbykey.com.

 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the customization of our Press On sets we do not accept returns or make exchanges.  Please ensure that you order your correct size, we will not be held responsible for if you ordered the incorrect size.  We offer a sizing kit for more accurate sizing as well as instructions on how to determine your correct size. 

Please be sure to inspect your order immediately upon receipt.  If you find an item to be defective, damaged or you received the wrong item please email us at orders@nailedbykey.com with your order number, a description of the issue and attach photos.
